My experience with Heather could only be described as phenomenal. After my job interview, the following day – she offered to take me around the local areas, to get familiar with surrounding communities, begin to understand some of my likes/dislikes/desires/etc, and more importantly – to get to know me. We discussed timetables, availability, contact information and a follow-up plan.

She consistently displayed a very open, confident, and friendly demeanor, which I appreciated so much more as the time went on. In fact, from time to time, we developed a great repoire, discussing and joking about movie quotes from a particular group of comedies. Small thing, but certainly help to strengthen our bond, and my trust in her.

I found Heather to be a consummate professional. For example, she was very responsive, at all hours of the day – morning, afternoon and even on the evenings & weekends. I can’t say the same for some of the other realtors I have worked with in the past. In addition, she asked questions to seek understanding, never judged our opinions – but offered very sound advice during home viewings, inspection criteria and contract negotiations.

What stands out above this – was her openness and willingness to represent me during my home inspections – I could not be there due to business obligations. I felt extremely confident in her abilities to represent my best interests, considering how much time & effort she spent along the way to get to know me, and what matters to me.

I would (and already have recommended) Heather as an agent to anyone seeking assistance in buying/selling a home in this area. If, for some reason, I need to sell this home, she will be the first person I call – without question.
